Dorset Road Residences was successfully awarded to United Venture Development Pte Ltd. It’s a UOL-led joint venture between three firms: UOL Group, Singapore Land Group and Kheng Leong.

It attracted an impressive nine bids for the site within walking distance to Farrer Park MRT.
